REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY: Any product we sell which is found to have a manufacturing defect, i.e. broken straps, deteriorated stitching, etc. will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost to the customer within thirty (30) days of purchase. The refund or exchange of any defective equipment within thirty-one (31) to sixty (60) days of purchase will be refunded or exchanged at two-thirds (2/3) of the value of the equipment. Equipment must be sent back to TEKNO AMERICA to be evaluated for exchange or for a refund to the customer. Any exchanges due to incorrect size purchase will be guaranteed within thirty (30) days of the purchase of the equipment. For size changes the customer will be wholly responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from Tekno America, LLC. |
